Objective
The main objective of Sakia.org e-publish is to provide an open access publishing framework allowing for the publishing of a wide range of technical material, from discussion papers, technical reports, and conference papers to technical and scientific articles and online books.
Sakia.org e-publish’s main focus is on publishing material and papers not yet published elsewhere and which are made available online. This also provides a pathway to contribute knowledge to the World Wide Web Virtual Library Irrigation & Hydrology.
Fully peer-reviewed scientific articles are published through the e-Journal of Land and Water (eJLW), an open access journal published by Sakia.org e-publish.
